Terms and definitions
- Service
- The hurma.uz online platform through which the User searches for and places bookings of accommodation.
- Booking
- A request for accommodation at the selected Hotel for specific dates under the selected Rate, placed through the Service and confirmed by the Service.
- Voucher
- An electronic document confirming a placed Booking and containing its terms.
- Rate
- The accommodation terms and price set by the Hotel, including meals, cancellation option and other restrictions.
- Cancellation policy
- The Hotel’s terms for changing and cancelling a Booking, including deadlines and the amount withheld.
1General provisions
These Rules describe how a Booking is placed, paid for, changed and cancelled through the Service.
By placing a Booking, the User confirms that they have read these Rules, the selected Rate and the Cancellation policy of the relevant Hotel.
2Placing a booking
The User selects the Hotel, check-in and check-out dates, the number of guests and the Rate, then provides the guest details required for accommodation.
The User must provide accurate information; the User is responsible for its correctness.
A Booking is considered placed after it is confirmed by the Service and a Voucher is sent.
3Payment
Payment is made using the methods available in the Service in the currency stated in the order.
The timing and manner of charging (prepayment, full payment or payment at the Hotel) are determined by the selected Rate and shown before the Booking is confirmed.
4Confirmation and voucher
After placing a Booking, the User receives a Voucher with the Booking terms: Hotel, address, dates, room category, guests, payment details and Cancellation policy.
The Voucher should be presented at check-in.
5Changing and cancelling a booking
The option to change or cancel, the deadlines and the amount withheld are determined solely by the Cancellation policy of the relevant Hotel and the selected Rate.
To change or cancel, the User uses their account or contacts the Service support team.
If cancelled in breach of the deadlines set by the Rate, a refund may not be made.
6Prices, taxes and fees
The Booking price is shown in the Service before confirmation. Local taxes and fees charged by the Hotel on site are shown separately where applicable.
7Liability of the parties
The Service provides booking search and placement services and is not a provider of accommodation services; accommodation is provided by the Hotel.
Claims regarding the quality of accommodation are submitted to the Hotel in the manner provided by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Hotel’s rules.
